Marketing Strategy
Our current marketing strategy is to:
- To maintain and optimize our recent integration with our sister Company , Africa Spirits limited ,in ensuring that over and above importing and marketing international brands ( Wines & Spirits) , we are able to avail locally produced and bottled quality value for money spirits catering for both the Premium and value market segments. ( Refer to chart for our list of locally manufactured spirits.
- To ensure that all our sales and marketing staff as well as the service staff in our various hospitality sector clientele are well trained particularly in our range of wines.
( We offer a fully comprehensive Wine List service, starting with sample tasting for possible new listings and ending with on-site training (including tasting) for all bar and restaurant staff.
We offer the same service for our spirit brands (local and International) – in the form of Cocktail Menus with full training for bar staff on how to make them and when to serve them)
- To expand our distribution network both in wines and spirits throughout the East African region and the great lakes Region, targeting Tanzania , Uganda , Rwanda , Burundi, DRC and Sudan. The strategy is to appoint strategic partners in all these regions to sell and distribute our products.
- To enhance our presence throughout the Kenyan market outside of Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kisumu by aggressively appointing distributors all over Kenya to sell and distribute our products.
- To solicit & receive marketing support from our international suppliers so as to develop all our brands through promotions and advertising to ensure their full potential in the market is realized.
- To maintain an updated website from where all our customers can get to know about the Company, its product base in general and their favorite wines and spirits, and most importantly browse our catalogue and order through the site.
- To actively focus on the export, duty free, and connoisseur market where there is great potential for significant growth in our range of products.
- To build awareness of our brands by providing a clear differential from our competitors particularly in the quality of our brands, as well as by our level of service.
- To maintain a professional , reliable and well trained staff complement to support our ultimate goal of ensuring we are keeping our customers happy and satisfied with our products , quality & service.
